And the heart of the bar is definitely Levan — the owner and bartender. His knowledge goes far beyond simply pouring whisky. He explains the history behind each bottle, the distillery, the release, and even the story of why certain expressions disappeared from production. You can feel genuine passion and deep respect for whisky culture.
